Explain the fundamental changes affecting the real estate industry including the role of the broker/agent, technology, broker profitability, and client representation.
Detail the demographic changes which will significantly affect consumers, market segments and what clients will be expecting and needing from a real estate professional.
Review the environmental concerns facing the real estate industry including, radon, lead paint, mold, asbestos, electric transmission lines and wetlands issues.
Understand how the changing trends within the lending industry impacts the real estate industry.
Discuss how changing forces will affect property values.
