Course Description
Nearly 85% of the United States population has attended some type of live auction. However, far fewer have attended the sale of real estate at auction. Untilrecently, the idea of selling a home, farm or commercial property at auction was far less preferred than listing it for sale in a traditional manner; but now, more and more people are choosing to sell their real estate holdings at public auction.
So what draws people to sell their real estate at auction? Is an auction a "good fit" for every seller? What about auctions attracts buyers? What type of property sells best at auction? These are just a few of the questions that will be addressed in the Real Estate at Auction course.
