Course Description

In today's ever-changing real estate market, it is important that everyone work together as a team. The general public, with all the new technology about, expects and wants things done faster than in years past. The real estate professional must be able to meet those needs. Where 60 to 90 days from contract to purchase a home was once the norm, now it must be done in 30 to 45 days or less! This can create a lot of stress on all the professionals in the transaction. How we deal with each other can and will determine the level of service the client receives. How our customer perceives the experience will impact our business.
When professionals have a clear understanding of everyone's role in the home buying process, the buyer is more likely to have an enjoyable transaction. This will then translate to more business from satisfied clients in the form of referrals. A recent poll of buyers conducted for RealEstate.com has shown that 64 percent used their current real estate professional because of word-of-mouth referrals from friends or relatives. This shows the importance of being a team player and working together.
