Hondros Online students who complete an enrollment agreement
and purchase an online class may cancel within 5 calendar days after the date of
enrollment. Students will provide notification in writing of cancellation to
Hondros Online at online@hondros.com.
Hondros Online shall promptly refund in full all tuition and
fees paid pursuant to the enrollment agreement. Such refund shall be made no later
than thirty days after cancellation.
Exam preparation software (CompuCram) activation key purchase
is not available for refund. At CompuCram.com the student is given the ability to
download and preview the product as often as needed. In preview mode the student
can evaluate ease of use and question quality. Once you have purchased an
activation key you are not eligible for a refund.
